HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Drift Foods is a Portland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
