HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
