HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Families are partners. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
