HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
