HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Pittsburgh design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
