HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Haven Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Pittsburgh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
