HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
