HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Pittsburgh region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
