HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Wilder Markets serves neighbourhoods around Pittsburgh with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
