HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Pine Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Pittsburgh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
