HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
