HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Pittsburgh with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
