HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Care Services Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
