HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Kestrel Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
