HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Ashton Health runs clinics and patient services around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
