HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Sable Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
