HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
