HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Rowan Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
