HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
