HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
