HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
