HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
