HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Linden Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
