HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Philadelphia across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
