HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Fox Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing.
