HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Medical Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
