HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
