HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Orlando. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
