HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Orlando with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
