HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Thistle Property Management manages apartment communities around Orlando. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
