HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Willow Property Management is a Orlando property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
