HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
