HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Lakeside Health provides primary and specialty care in Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
