HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
