HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Quill Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 425 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
