HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group places workers with employers around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 775 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
