HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 992 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
