HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
