HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
