HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Bright Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Omaha with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
