HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Cross Foods produces packaged foods at its Omaha plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
