HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
