HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Summit Maple Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
