HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Umber Foods Group is a Omaha food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
