HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Harbor Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Omaha region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 716 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
