HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
