HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
