HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Thistle Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
