HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
