HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group is a Omaha company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
